Belle is an experienced hatha yoga practitioner and teacher, with a passion for teaching the basics in a way that anyone can do it.

For new students, safety is the most important aspect, as well as having a deep undestanding of what the postures are meant to be activiating. Belle’s classes are created to help you to achieve your movement goals of flexibility, strength, ease of movement (think: getting up from the floor without creaking!), fluid joints, mobility, empowerment and feeling in flow.
As we age our body can move gracefully, you dont need to succumb to injury or illness, and you can stay feeling fit and strong, no matter what life throws at you.

Belle’s story is one of being very active as a teen and twenty-something, then falling ill and getting injured in her late 30’s. It was her foundation in yoga (back when she was 20yrs old) that allowed her to rehab her body and help to heal and recover.
If you are experiencing a body that just doesnt move the same, or feel the same as it used to, then yoga can help you to love your body – no matter what is is doing these days!
